Qualifications

• 10 years of experience working with UniVerse (modifying, creating, and developing)
• 10 years of experience developing and testing code using PIC basic
• 10 years of experience using UNIX
• Strong ability to work independently or in a team setting
• Excellent communication skills, including requirements analysis and documentation
• Ability to analyze data and information effectively
• Prior experience with large-scale projects involving financial applications, business process improvement, or business transformation
• Thorough understanding of agile methodology

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 years of direct experience with CUBS, working on UniVerse
• 10 years of direct experience with CUBS, developing and testing code using PIC basic
• Experience as both administrator and developer for 10+ years
• 5 years of experience upgrading CUBS software packages
• Experience with Debt Collection terminology and processes
