Job summary

KMM Technologies, Inc. seeks a hands-on PM - IT Consultant to own Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise tenants remotely from day one. Must have proven Okta SSO/SCIM provisioning, CyberArk for API keys, and Splunk for audit logs.

Responsibilities include governing enterprise connectors, enforcing security controls, incident response, and monthly executive reports for the CISO/CIO. Healthcare/payer background and governance of a SaaS platform under a CISO are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, day-one ownership of Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise tenants.
• Direct experience with Okta SSO/SCIM for automated provisioning.

• Experience building/auditing logs with Splunk for monitoring AI platform activity.

The client needs a hands-on platform operational administrator, not an architect or advisor, who can own and run the Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise tenants from day one.Ideal candidate must have direct, proven experience with Okta SSO and SCIM for automated user provisioning/deprovisioning specifically for enterprise AI platforms.Need to be skilled in CyberArk for API key vaulting and credential rotation, and in Splunk for building audit log pipelines and monitoring AI platform activity.Will govern and operate enterprise connectors (e.g., to Microsoft 365) including security reviews, change control, and monitoring, with the ability to handle new connectors as they're added.Must be able to enforce security controls (data classification, acceptable use of policies, access recertification), respond to incidents, and produce monthly executive reports for the CISO and CIO.A background in healthcare/payer environments and experience owning a governed SaaS platform under a CISO (including audit support).

Job Description

Under broad direction, responsible for overseeing the following functional areas, technology, major system, (e.g., process simulation, document management, payroll, etc.) and the development/acquisition, maintenance, and/or support of application(s) in that area.

Influence the assignment of personnel to various activities and provide performance feedback.

Leads and participates in the preparation of all requirements/specifications, estimates, system designs, and completed systems, and ensures that quality support is provided to customers and clients, often involves performing project setups, analyses, designs, etc., for/with customers.

Researches and makes recommendations on software technology direction.

Prepare activity and progress reports for management and enforces compliance with administrative policies and procedures.

Undergraduate degree in computer science (CS), management information systems (MIS), bachelor of arts (A), or Engineering and 8 years of experience in Systems Development and/or Applications Support.

Deliverable: Hands on operational role responsible for day-to-day deployment, administration, security integration and governance of Claude Enterprise tenant.
