Responsibilities include defining technical requirements, recommending IT solutions, and guiding modernization efforts across infrastructure, software, security, and data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional IT experience.
• Broad exposure across infrastructure, software, security, and data.
• Proven consulting skills engaging stakeholders, defining requirements, delivering technical option appraisals.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to articulate technical risks and costs to non-technical leaders.
• Must abide by prohibition on taking/using government equipment outside the United States.
• Fingerprint background checks required.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate technical risks and costs to non-technical leaders.
• Must abide by prohibition on taking/using government equipment outside the United States.
• Must agree to fingerprint background checks.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Direct experience in external management or IT consulting engagements across multi-disciplinary client environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting IT security audits, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
• Exposure to large-scale public sector, regulated enterprise systems, or digital transformation projects.
