What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Monitor for issues with existing schedules, such as firewalls and credentials
2. Create new schedules as network changes occur
3. Update existing credentials based on security requirements
4. Collaborate with technical resources for new equipment and discovery processes
5. Administer and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data integrity and synchronization with other IT systems

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
2. 3+ years of relevant experience in Service Asset & Configuration Management and Service Mapping
3. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB administration and configuration
4. Familiarity with ITIL practices and processes, particularly in configuration management
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for IT Service Management or Certified System Administrator (CSA)
2. ITIL Practitioner Level Certification
