Job summary

Bosch is offering a student internship in Data Analytics and Office 365 optimization located in the United States. The role supports data collection, reporting, SharePoint site upkeep, and process automation using Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a university degree in a related field (law, IT, data analytics, business informatics, or related).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate or other Microsoft 365 tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools.
• Interest in data analysis, process optimization, digitalization and IT governance.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently with guidance.
• Proactive, curious, solution-oriented mindset and strong communication in an international environment.
• Very good written and spoken English; German a plus; no prior professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis & reporting: support collection, analysis, and visualization of operational data and help maintain dashboards.
• SharePoint optimization: help maintain sites, libraries, lists, and workflows for efficient information management.
• Signature process support: assist with PoA documentation management and approval tracking.
• Process improvement & automation: identify repetitive tasks and support digital solutions using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Compliance operations: assist with contract risk management, supplier governance, NDA processes and internal docs.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with international colleagues to coordinate activities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the collection, analysis, and visualization of operational data, prepare reports, and help maintain dashboards and performance indicators.
• SharePoint Optimization: Assist in maintaining and improving SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and collaboration workflows to ensure efficient information management.
• Signature Process Support: Support administrative activities related to corporate signature and authorization processes, including Powers of Attorney (PoA), documentation management, and approval tracking.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to simplify repetitive tasks and support the implementation of digital solutions using Microsoft 365 tools and Power Platform.
• Compliance Operations: Assist the team with daily activities related to contract risk management, supplier governance, NDA processes, and internal compliance documentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with colleagues from different departments and international locations to ensure smooth coordination of operational activities.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Law, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, or other Microsoft 365 tools would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Interest in data analysis, process optimization, digitalization, and IT governance.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently with appropriate guidance.
• Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills in an international environment.
• Very good written and spoken English; German would be an advantage.
