Job description

Position: Quality Assurance (QA)

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Performing quality checks: Conduct routine inspections and testing to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  2. Identifying defects: Detect and report deviations from quality standards, errors, or inconsistencies.
  3. Analyzing data: Review quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Developing quality procedures: Contribute to creating and implementing QA policies and work instructions.
  5. Investigating complaints: Analyze customer complaints and initiate corrective actions.
  6. Training and education: Provide training to employees on quality standards and procedures.
