Job summary

Qualifications

• Sophomore, Junior or Senior with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
• Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities without close supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring problems with application software and operating systems; determine source, priority and nature of problems.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones and other equipment.
• Install and support PC, laptop, tablet and mobile hardware and software as instructed.
• Create alternative methods of completing tasks and correcting user errors to improve desktop team function.
• Participate in hardware and software reviews and recommend purchases.
• Maintain inventory of installed software, manage software licensing and upgrades.
• Perform other IT projects as assigned.
