• Ensures projects and programs are completed per requirements, focusing on specs, costs, resources and timeliness.
• Documents all phases of development and reports information to other functions, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Ensures efficient use of materials and financial resources in an effective manner.
• Collaborates with other staff to maximize productivity for the project/program.
• Leads research and development of new technologies and disseminates new processes or methodologies.
