Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives across IT categories including software, SaaS, IT services, telecom, infrastructure, hardware, and related technology solutions.
• Manage RFx processes, supplier evaluations, bid analysis, and vendor selection recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, renewals, and commercial agreements with technology vendors.
• Coordinate contract review and approval processes with internal stakeholders.
• Track contract expiration dates, renewal schedules, and negotiation timelines.
• Serve as trusted advisor to business stakeholders and primary point of contact for assigned vendors.
• Support supplier performance discussions and resolve issues when needed.
• Identify cost savings, cost avoidance opportunities, and process improvements.
• Track sourcing activity, savings metrics, vendor performance, and contract status.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approval requirements.

Works closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and Security to maximize supplier value and ensure effective contract execution. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting procurement activities within a mid-to-large enterprise environment.

• Familiarity with procurement, sourcing, or contract management platforms.

• Experience conducting supplier performance reviews and governance activities.

• Exposure to spend analysis, budgeting, and savings tracking.

• Experience partnering with IT, Legal, Finance, and Information Security teams.
