ACI Learning is seeking an Adjunct Career Services Instructor for a part-time, on-site role in San Antonio, TX. You will deliver live instruction, coach students through their job search, and help build resumes and LinkedIn profiles.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in career services or workforce development, plus strong communication skills. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, Communications or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in career services, workforce development, recruiting, or adult education.
• Hands-on knowledge of job search tools: LinkedIn, resumes, ATS.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple cohorts with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 20 hours of live instruction per cohort using provided curriculum.
• Review student deliverables (resumes, LinkedIn profiles) and provide actionable feedback.
• Track progress in CareerConnect and ensure module deliverables are completed.
• Contribute to curriculum improvements based on student outcomes.
