Job summary

Grace Technologies in Davenport, Iowa is seeking an IT & Business Systems Manager to own our technology environment and lead IT leadership, infrastructure improvements, and NetSuite ERP administration.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and connect systems across multiple facilities. A strong focus on cybersecurity and business continuity is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience administering ERP or business systems; NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure, networking, cloud environments and IT infrastructure.
• Strong cybersecurity, data protection, and business continuity knowledge.
• Experience leading projects, managing vendors, and improving technology processes.
• Excellent communication with technical and nontechnical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own IT leadership, infrastructure, budgets, vendors, and improvements.
• Lead administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure, networks, cloud services, and IT support.
• Build scalable technology solutions to support operations and multiple facilities.
• Establish IT standards, documentation, and support processes.
• Administer NetSuite ERP and improve connected business applications (HubSpot, RF-SMART, Power BI, Jira, Slack).
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Manufacturing to improve workflows and reporting.
• Lead cybersecurity practices, backups, and business continuity efforts.
• Drive technology implementations, integrations, upgrades and automation initiatives.

As Grace Technologies continues to grow, our technology needs are becoming more sophisticated. We're looking for an IT & Business Systems Manager who can strengthen our IT infrastructure, improve how our business systems work together, and help us scale effectively.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical and business sides of IT. You'll own our technology environment, lead improvements, solve complex challenges, and partner with teams across the organization.

You won't just be maintaining systems. You'll help shape how technology supports our people, manufacturing operations, customers, and continued growth.

What You'll Own

IT Leadership & Infrastructure

• Lead IT priorities, planning, budgets, vendors, and technology improvements.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure, networks, endpoints, cloud services, and IT support.
• Build reliable, scalable technology solutions that support our operations and multiple facilities.
• Establish practical IT standards, documentation, and support processes.

Business Systems & NetSuite

• Own the administration, performance, and continuous improvement of NetSuite ERP.
• Support and improve connected business applications, including HubSpot, RF-SMART, Power BI, Jira, and Slack.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to improve workflows and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work, improve data accuracy, and connect systems more effectively.

Cybersecurity & Business Continuity

• Lead day-to-day cybersecurity practices, access controls, system protection, and risk reduction.
• Maintain backup, recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to maintain a secure technology environment.

Projects, Automation & Growth

• Lead technology implementations, integrations, upgrades, and improvement initiatives.
• Support manufacturing technology, facility expansion, and operational systems.
• Explore practical applications of automation, AI, and business intelligence.
• Help ensure our technology investments deliver measurable business value.

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience, ideally including leadership or management responsibilities.
• Strong experience administering ERP or business systems; NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure, networking, cloud environments, and IT infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and business continuity.
• Experience leading projects, managing vendors, and improving technology processes.
• The ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical teams.
• A practical, solutions-oriented approach and the willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
• Experience in manufacturing, multi-site operations, automation, or business intelligence is a plus. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
