• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, as well as scrum master work and/or project coordination.

• Knowledge and understanding of industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model, and analyze requirements.
• Experience flexing between several roles within a scrum team.
• Ability to influence others in a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $95,000 - $115,000/year depending on position level and experience.
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
