Job summary

RELANTO INC. is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to analyze business processes, define KPIs, and drive improvements across cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and solutions delivery.

The role focuses on stabilizing and scaling systems, enabling automation in Anaplan, and ensuring data integrity while coordinating testing and UAT sign-off. The position involves travel to client sites in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign eq in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, Business Administration or related.
• Travel and work at client sites across the U.S.
• 40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, pain points, and as-is functionalities to address challenges.
• Define KPIs and metrics to measure success of initiatives and report progress.
• Develop relationships with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, solution architects, finance, partners, BD).
• Define key sales support systems to meet growth and revenue objectives.
• Identify root causes and improve system stability and scalability; ensure data integrity and security.
• Coordinate testing with business and obtain UAT sign-off.
• Travel/relocate to various locations across the U.S. for client assignments.
