About the Role

Under general supervision, you will partner with technical and departmental colleagues to understand business processes and recommend effective technology solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Leading projects through the full lifecycle—from requirements gathering to change management and system stabilizationManaging PMO processes, supporting organizational adoption of change initiatives.
• Handling vendor relations and contributing to RFP and contract negotiations.
• Designing, implementing, and analyzing business, financial, or operational systems; preparing data-driven reports outlining root causes and solutions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or related field AND at least two years of experience managing complex business or IT projects, including one year of direct project management (e.g., system implementation, database operations, reporting) Project management and PMO operations experience required; familiarity with state-mandated data systems preferred.
