Job summary

Skywalk Global is seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to work onsite with local candidates in the Richmond, VA area. The contractor will engage with agency leadership, coordinate with IT leaders, and manage escalations across service and project delivery pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of related experience in Information Technology (IT).
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communications with leadership at all levels.
• Ability to listen, build rapport, and develop credibility as a strategic partner.

Responsibilities

• Meet with agency leadership up to executive level on a routine basis.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure continuous delivery of products and services by ITD.
• Partner with IT managementDistricts as a point of contact for escalations and coordination.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year business capability roadmap with Enterprise Architecture.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned business partners.
• Coordinate work, prioritize requests, and manage escalations with project managers and service/operations managers.
• Oversee management of partner expectations related to IT engagement and service delivery.
• Manage escalations related to technology procurements, projects, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with ITD teams to direct production operations and strategic direction for systems.
