Job summary

Cardinal Health IT is seeking an IT Business Process Engineer (SCE) in Dublin, OH to drive SAP-based supply chain solutions. You will work with business leads to design, implement, and optimize SAP MM, LE, FI and SD configurations within large-scale deployments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of SAP experience, strong integration skills, and familiarity with ASAP, Agile and Waterfall processes. The role involves collaboration across onsite/offshore teams and ensuring IT controls and SOX

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in SAP and supply chain execution.
• Experience designing SAP solutions and configuring MM, LE, FI and SD modules.
• Experience implementing SAP in large-scale environments.
• Strong SAP integration skills with external ERP systems.
• Proficiency with ASAP, Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in conversations with business to understand requirements and work with leads to identify/design solution.
• Complies and enforce adoption of Solution Manager, Charm Management, JIRA, and other standard tools.
• Provide leadership and direction to the teams during problem solving and crisis management.
• Identify gaps between requirements and current solution and develop options and estimates for closing the gaps.
• Effectively communicate with IT partners and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to manage the execution of Software Delivery deliverables.
• Ensure all critical SCE processes are properly monitored and alerted; and automate recurrent incidents.
• Provide support in preparing and conducting prioritization meetings with the various functional partners.
• Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction to stakeholders.
• Have an enterprise perspective and help others to understand broad implications of decision making.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communications, presentation skills, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills to deliver solutions.
• Ability to convert technical/functional specifications into test scenarios and test scripts
• Accountable for IT Controls, SOX compliance, and Audit findings on the SAP Pharma Platform.
