About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Partner / IT Portfolio Manager to act as the key liaison between Line of Business (LOB) operations and Group IT. This role is essential in ensuring effective delivery of IT services, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and managing a portfolio of IT initiatives that drive operational excellence and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary IT contact for LOB operations, building strong relationships with senior business stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality and efficient IT service delivery that meets or exceeds SLA targets.
• Act as a bridge between Group IT and business units, promptly addressing issues to maintain strong partnerships.
• Manage a portfolio of IT projects across the Business Area (BA), ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects and meet objectives.
• Support and promote Group IT initiatives, ensuring smooth communication and rollout across the BA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize ROI and business value from IT solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery, cost efficiency, and business performance.
• Advise business units on IT trends, risks, and emerging technologies to support growth and efficiency.
• Promote adoption of Group IT policies, procedures, and best practices across local and overseas units.
• Plan and manage the BA’s IT budget, including cost allocations to LOB.
• Support internal audit preparedness and follow-up on resolution of identified IT issues.

Requirements:

• Certified in IT Project Management.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, including 3+ years in portfolio/project management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and web/portal development.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior management and operational teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in AI, cybersecurity, and IT risk management.
• Background in IT shared services and business partnering roles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP, and related business processes.
