• Expertise in information security practices including network security protocols, firewall configuration, data protection strategies, and ITIL compliance.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to business stakeholders and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to translate objectives into IT strategies and solutions.
• Lead planning, implementation, and management of IT projects with adherence to PM best practices.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases, and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and cloud services (VMware, Cisco, SolarWinds).
• Ensure security of information systems through network security, firewalls, Active Directory, and ITIL compliance.
• Drive disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives; support system upgrades.
• Supervise desktop support, network troubleshooting, server management, and remote access solutions (SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Office).
