Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT/CS/Business or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience supporting business processes through data analysis and technology solutions.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications and business systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience creating reports, documentation, and process workflows.
• Basic understanding of ITSM principles or ITIL foundations.
• Familiarity with SaaS technologies and platforms such as Microsoft 365, MFA, Identity Management, and IT Service Management tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Develop and maintain business and technical documentation; create process flows and training materials.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to support IT decision-making.
• Collaborate with partners, project teams, vendors, and end users; support testing and change management.
• Assist with implementation and post-deployment reviews of technology solutions.
