We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst, who can jump into any IT project and assume the business analyst role with little supervision. You must be a self-starter, effective communicator and have exceptional attention to detail.

This position has the flexibility to work remotely much of the time, however the duty station is in Tumwater, Washington and the successful candidate must agree to travel to the office for key scheduled meetings or as operational needs dictate. Details of teleworking considerations will be addressed during the interview process.

The IT Business Analyst works with internal and external customers to understand business needs and translate them into clear, testable requirements. As a key connection between customers and Information Technology, the IT Business Analyst facilitates collaboration among customers, architecture, and operations to design, modify, or replace technology solutions and services.
