Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (two- or four-year).
• Willingness to learn business-analysis/documentation tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with employees, managers, and leaders to understand processes and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct structured stakeholder interviews to gather and document requirements.
• Observe processes to validate information and identify nuances not caught in interviews.
• Create current-state process maps and workflow documentation.
• Assist in defining future-state processes based on business requirements.
• Translate needs into clear, actionable business requirements and scope documentation.
• Support project planning with preliminary level-of-effort estimates and measurable success criteria.
