What You’ll Do

• Bridge Business & Tech: Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Fuel Agile Delivery: Translate business needs into clear user stories and specs that align with sprint goals and product vision.
• Champion Quality: Collaborate with the Dev team to define test strategies and ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Analyze & Improve: Use your knowledge of Order Management and Order‑to‑Cash processes to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Drive Collaboration: Actively participate in agile ceremonies—sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives—and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Document & Communicate: Create process flows, functional documentation, and support solution demos and workshops.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator—able to bridge technical and non‑technical teams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and writing basic SQL queries.
• Exposure to ERP modules like Order‑to‑Cash or Procure‑to‑Pay.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
• Experience supporting test planning and execution.
• Ability to create functional workflow diagrams.
