Collaborate with business analysts & stakeholders to develop business requirements, business cases & test plans. Work to ensure a positive end product for business stakeholders. Creates and maintains proper training materials and business documentation. Supports cross-departmental projects and follows IT-prescribed application development processes. Draft applications using Microsoft Excel, SQL, VB queries, and Power BI. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
