Job Summary:

We are currently adding an undergraduate college student for the role of Finance & Investment (F&I) Co-op at our Corporate Support Services office located in Cincinnati, OH for the Fall (2026), Spring (2027) and Summer (2027) semesters. As the F&I Co-op, your mission will be to support the F&I team with analysis, research, asset management, and reporting for Messer’s diverse investment portfolio. This will span multiple asset classes, including real estate, cash and marketable securities, and venture capital.

Responsibilities

• Model, analyze, benchmark, and report portfolio returns.
• Perform market research on a variety of asset classes.
• Analyze investment proformas, financial statements, and performance benchmarks.
• Create & maintain dashboards detailing portfolio investments, returns, and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly meetings.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
• Undergraduate Junior or Senior year business student with a concentration in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field.
• Part time or full-time hours available.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including a strong working knowledge of financial formulas and analysis in Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in various investment sectors including real estate, banking, marketable securities, and venture capital.
