Job summary

IT Resources Innovation is seeking a Business Analyst to understand client business processes, define requirements, and drive IT solutions that improve efficiency. The role requires SDLC knowledge, project management experience, and strong stakeholder communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities include leading status meetings, preparing scorecards, dashboards, and KPI analyses, and ensuring security compliance between information systems and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or related IT.
• Language: English and Spanish; strong communication skills.
• 5+ years in Business Analyst, Financial, or Business Development.
• US work authorization; ability to work in the United States.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Experience with security compliance between IS and business areas.

Job description

• Able to analyze and understand the specifications of the business processes of the client's requirements or market necessities.
• Comply with IT industry standards and project plans deadlines.
• Able to prepare software solutions concept recommendation to promote more efficiency business process.
• Knowledge with relational database concepts, score carding, monitoring of events and metrics, dashboards, multidimensional OLAP, data warehouse, data mining, KPIs and business intelligence.
• Able to analyze and quantify the capacities of the areas of division with their processes.
• Able to identify problems, analyze their causes and resolve them structuring new strategies recommendations.
• Knowledge in areas of financial, accounting, information systems and business developments.
• Able to analyze and interpreting financial statements.
• Knowledge and ability to interpret income versus operating expenses compared to the budgets of the divisions and that of the company.
• Able to prepare scorecards from statistical data obtained from different sources of business process.
• Knowledge and ability to interpret the business goals, objectives, strategies and metrics and their relations with the business results.
• Lead and in charge to facilitate working sessions with the top management in order to report project status together with new business solution alternatives.
• Experience in Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodology.
• Able to prepare Stakeholders Reports and status sessions meeting with them.
• Experience and ability to work with security compliance standards between the areas of information systems and business.

Educational Requirements:

• The ideal candidate for this positions should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or related IT discipline or Industrial Engineering.
