Pay Range: $90 - $102.00/hr

Job Description

Requirements:

• 10+ Years of experience required
• Document management system implementations - Required
• IT Business Analyst certification - Required
• IT bachelor’s degree - Required

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges. Elicit, document, and validate requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams.
2. Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies. Recommend and implement technology solutions to streamline operations. Develop process models, diagrams, and documentation for proposed changes.
3. Solution Design and Implementation: Work with IT teams to design and implement solutions aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather stakeholder feedback.
4. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues. Facilitate meetings to promote collaboration and decision-making.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends and insights. Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
6. Project Management Support: Assist in planning and tracking project milestones. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Support change management efforts for new systems and processes.
