  • Configure and maintain the website's content management system (CMS) and related digital commerce platform settings to support new features, business requirements, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Analyze business processes, website performance, and large data sets to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend business and technical improvements.
  • Support website enhancements, integrations, production issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives across the digital commerce platform.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, analyze business processes, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand application architecture, system integrations, and data flows between enterprise applications.
  • Experience working with large data sets to analyze trends, troubleshoot issues, validate business requirements, and support decision‑making.
