Stillwater Insurance Group is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst Manager to lead and develop our Business Analysis team while serving as a strategic partner between business and technology stakeholders.

In this role, you will oversee a team of Business Analysts responsible for identifying, analyzing, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements that support enterprise initiatives and technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• 5-10 years as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring Business Analysts.
• Strong project prioritization and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts.
• Own and improve BA operating model, processes, standards, and tools.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to translate priorities into initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and user experiences.
