RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to act as a strategic finance partner to the Information Technology organization. You will support financial planning, reporting, procurement, and vendor payments for technology spend.

The role involves developing budgets, forecasts, and ensuring timely financial reporting. You will build strong relationships with IT, Legal, and Accounts Payable while handling ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years accounting experience; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT to forecast annual operating and capital budgets.
• Prepare monthly technology spend reports and variance analysis.
• Create and manage purchase orders for technology goods/services.
• Support invoice entry and vendor inquiries to resolve issues.
• Advise IT leadership on budgets, accounting treatment, and forecasts.
