Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in IT automation, scripting, or DevOps roles.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash.
• Familiarity with automation/orchestration tools like Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and tools.
• Automate deployment, configuration, monitoring, patching, and maintenance tasks for servers and cloud resources.
• Integrate automation with ITSM tools for ticketing and process tracking.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated processes and orchestrations.
