Job summary
Kyyba Inc is seeking a senior technical lead for global MFA deployment and IAM initiatives, focusing on OpenText Advanced Authentication and related security topics. The role covers engineering leadership, incident resolution, and cross-functional collaboration across Client locations worldwide.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in MFA projects, strong IAM knowledge, and experience delivering complex enterprise solutions within Agile/Scrum environments.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Client’s global MFA environment (OpenText Advanced Authentication).
- Serve as a technical lead on medium to large initiatives as directed by the Product Owner and Manager.
- Provide consultation and subject matter expertise on authentication, access management, and IT security topics.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and develop work orders for external suppliers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex MFA-related incidents and requests, escalating to global support teams as needed.
- Provide Level 3 support for authentication platforms, applications, and processes.
- Assist with ensuring system integrity, security, scalability, and ongoing enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and automated test scripts using Postman.
- Perform unit and integration testing and support automated testing and deployment processes.
- Define and adhere to development standards, testing procedures, documentation requirements, and best practices.

This role supports the rollout, ongoing operations, and enhancement of Client’s global Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) platform, OpenText Advanced Authentication, across multiple departments and Client’s locations worldwide. The contractor will serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert for MFA, authentication technologies, identity and access management, and related IT security initiatives.
- Support and maintain Client’s global MFA environment (OpenText Advanced Authentication).
- Serve as a technical lead on medium to large initiatives as directed by the Product Owner and Manager.
- Provide consultation and subject matter expertise on authentication, access management, and IT security topics.

- Strong experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies.
- Background in IT Security, authentication, and access control solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and providing Level 3 support.
- Experience creating technical documentation and test plans/scripts.
- Experience with Postman and automated testing is preferred.
- Previous experience supporting enterprise-scale or global IT environments is highly preferred.
- Experience with authentication platforms such as OpenText Advanced Authentication or similar solutions is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with MFA enablement, support and troubleshooting.
- 5+ years of experience in Entra ID, OpenText NetIQ Advanced Authentication
- 10+ years of successfully delivering complex MFA projects in large-scale enterprise environments.
- 10+ years of experience driving products from concept and ideation through successful launch.
- 10+ years of experience working on a team employing standardized project delivery methods (Agile/Scrum development methods preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in understanding and working with non-functional requirements.
- 10+ years of experience of working in an enterprise environment.
