IT Audit Consultant | OneSource - Position Description

1. Perform steps needed to plan and execute testing of compliance with laws/regulations and operational risks of complex policies/procedures.
2. Assist with the creation, review, and execution of test steps to identify compliance and operational risks.
3. Follow the direction of Leads/Director, providing input and subject matter expertise on testing areas.
4. Utilize critical thinking and project management skills to help the ECORT testing team complete tasks in a timely manner.
5. Have experience in HR, Compensation, and Audit fields.

Must Haves

• Eligibility to work in the USA.
• Ability to work on engagements in San Antonio, TX.

Preferred

• 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience with OneSource.
• Industry experience in financial services, banking, or HR.
• Experience briefing C-level management.
