Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of the Auditor General seeks an Information Technology Audit Senior Manager to lead IT audit teams and ensure high-quality reviews for the Commonwealth. Ideal candidates hold a IT/Accounting degree and a CISA certification with at least five years of supervisory IT audit experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Graduate's degree in Information Technology or Accounting/Auditing with a CISA certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising and performing IT audit functions in accordance with audit standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups that carry out IT controls reviews, performance audits, and data reliability assessments.
• Direct IT audit tasks linked to the Commonwealth's annual financial report.
• Guide IT work that supports the yearly Single Audit of the Commonwealth.
• Oversee attestation and performance audit assignments requested by leadership.
• Check that IT audit work meets required standards and agency expectations.
