Job summary

Elliott Davis Advisory, LLC is seeking an IT Audit Associate to support planning, execution, and completion of information technology audit engagements. You will work with teams to understand environments, obtain evidence, test controls, and communicate findings.

This role suits an entry-level to experienced candidate advancing in IT audit within a CPA‑firme environment. Responsibilities include planning IT audits, testing general controls, supporting bank IT audits per FFIEC guidance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information systems, computer science, cybersecurity, business, or a related field required.
• Zero to two years of relevant IT audit, internal audit, risk consulting, information security, or related experience preferred but entry level considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and performing IT audits, documenting technology environment, systems, processes, risks, and controls.
• Test IT general controls: access security, user administration, change management, operations, backup and recovery.
• Support bank IT audits using FFIEC guidance and other banking regulatory expectations.
• Prepare workpapers describing procedures, evidence, results and conclusions; identify control gaps.
