Job summary

IDB Bank in New York seeks an Audit Manager – IT Audit at VP level to lead and execute IT and cybersecurity audits, ensuring alignment with FFIEC, NYSDFS 500 and other regulatory guidance.

You will shape the IT audit program, manage risk-based testing, collaborate with stakeholders, and report findings with impact. Strong leadership, communication and project management required; Big 4 experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT audit experience in financial services or public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree required in IT, accounting, finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute IT and cybersecurity audits including IT general controls and application controls.
• Develop risk-based audit programs and test steps with high-quality work papers.
• Draft audit reports and findings; follow up on remediation and issue closure.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, NIST) and banking regulations.
