Job summary

Armanino LLP is offering an IT Audit internship designed to provide hands-on exposure to audits, controls and client engagements. You will participate in SOC, ISO, cybersecurity and internal audit work while learning how to test controls and prepare audit reports.

This internship emphasizes project work, client exposure, and continued learning, with a structured plan to help you pursue CPA licensure as you gain real-world experience in a top national firm.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in business, accounting, finance, economics, information systems or equivalent - MIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world exposure to IT audits, reviews, compilations, and projects.
• Learn the client's platform structure and control environment to evaluate process risks and develop test plans.
• Perform audits and related engagements including ISO, Cybersecurity, SOC I/II, etc.
• Interpret audit evidence and draw conclusions based on data submitted.
• Participate in live interviews with C-suite clients to understand current state processes.
• Apply knowledge of AICPA rules, ethics, ISACA/IIA guidelines and relevant regulations.

Education
