Job summary

Armanino LLP in Denver, CO offers an IT Audit internship providing hands-on experience across SOC, ITGC, HITRUST, ISO and SOX engagements. You will work alongside professionals at all levels and gain exposure to client engagements and audits.

We seek students enrolled in bachelor or master programs with CPA licensure trajectory; dual degree preferred; strong interest in accounting and information systems; the environment blends work, life, and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, accounting, finance, MIS, CS or equivalent.
• Plan to complete CPA licensure unit requirements between December 2027 and August 2028 is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world exposure to IT audits, reviews, compilations, and projects.
• Learn client platform structures and control environments to evaluate risks and develop tests.
• Perform audits and related engagements including ISO, Cybersecurity, SOC I/II, etc.
• Interpret and analyze audit evidence and interact with C-suite clients to understand processes.

Education

Bachelor's or master's program in accounting, business, MIS, finance, computer science

CPA licensure eligibility timeline (Dec 2027 - Aug 2028)
