Job summary

Paramount Skydance Corporation seeks an IT Audit Director to establish and lead a comprehensive IT internal-audit program across technology and operations. You will define audit scope, identify control gaps, and promote best practices with senior management.

The role requires 10+ years of audit experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and risk management. It includes opportunities for domestic travel and a strong collaboration with executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive audit experience with leadership in IT audit/accounting
• Experience in a top public accounting firm, consulting, or internal audit in a large public company
• BS or MS in Information Systems, Accounting, IS Auditing, CS or related field
• Ability to work with senior leaders and build credibility across the organization
• Demonstrated team management and high-performing audit teams
• Strong project management across multiple complex engagements
• Knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, cloud security, data privacy and tech risk
• Experience applying IT/security frameworks (NIST, SOX, COBIT) to audits
• Experience auditing enterprise apps, cloud technologies, and global security/compliance
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization
• Proficiency with ERP systems, audit management tools, MS Office, collaboration platforms
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead IT audit planning and risk assessments across technology and operations
• Audit security, data privacy, cloud, third-party management and change control
• Evaluate controls and communicate findings with risk-based recommendations
• Assess risks in system implementations and major tech transformations
• Coordinate activities with management and supervise audit staff
• Serve as primary audit contact for business/tech functions
• Perform special assignments and risk assessments as directed
• Draft and review audit reports and executive summaries
• Develop IT audit managers and staff through coaching and formal development
• Stay informed on cybersecurity, cloud, AI, privacy and governance trends
• Partner with stakeholders to drive risk management improvements
• Travel as needed (domestic)
