Job summary

Paramount Skydance Corporation is seeking an IT Audit Director to lead a comprehensive internal auditing program across technology and operations. You will define audit scopes, assess risks, and drive improvements with senior management.

The role oversees audits of applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity and cloud initiatives, and reports findings with actionable recommendations. You will build and coach a high-performing IT audit team, partner with business and tech leaders, and stay ahead

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years audit experience with 2+ years in IT audit leadership.
• Experience in top public accounting, consulting, or large public company audit.
• Advanced knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, cloud security controls, data privacy.
• Experience applying IT/security frameworks (NIST, SOX, COBIT) to audits.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CIA, or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, risk assessment, and scope definition for technology audits.
• Direct audits of applications, infrastructure, security, IAM, DR, data privacy.
• Evaluate internal controls and report findings with cost-effective mitigations.
• Oversee multiple audits and special projects for senior management.
• Develop IT Audit Managers and staff through coaching and mentoring.
• Stay current on cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and governance trends.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve risk and control environments.
• Travel domestically as required.
