Job summary

IDB Bank is seeking an experienced Information Technology and Cybersecurity audit leader to drive complex audits across IT controls, data protection, and business continuity. You will develop risk-based audit plans aligned with FFIEC, NYSDFS 500, ITIL, COBIT and other regulatory guidance, and monitor remediation through the audit lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have deep banking IT audit experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while communicating

Qualifications

• Approximately 15+ years of advanced professional auditing in banking or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and Cybersecurity audits and other IT control projects using IT frameworks.
• Develop risk-based audit approaches for Information and Cybersecurity, Data Protection, BCM and related IT areas.
• Develop IT risk assessment and audit plans aligned with IT audit standards.
• Identify IT risks, assess controls, determine root causes and provide remediation recommendations.
• Manage audit findings follow-up and evidence of remediation.
• Participate in department initiatives and audit new products/processes.
