Job summary

Trimble, a global technology leader, seeks an IT Audit & Controls Intern to strengthen enterprise security and compliance. You will gain hands-on experience across SOX, user access governance, and change management while collaborating with global teams and external audit partners.

You will contribute to automated IT control workflows, assess deployment controls in Salesforce, and support evidence collection with Jira. This role sits in Westminster, CO, with hybrid on-site work four days a week.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, CS, Cybersecurity, Analytics, or related field.
• Foundational understanding of SQL or SOQL.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive communication and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with team leads to conduct quarterly user access and Segregation of Duties reviews across enterprise business systems.
• Monitor production change management workflows and evaluate deployment control compliance across Salesforce environments.
• Coordinate audit evidence collection and cross-reference documentation using Jira to support internal teams and major audit partners.
• Analyze system control metrics, build reporting summaries, and identify opportunities to automate manual compliance workflows.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional stakeholders to track findings and drive timely remediation for core IT general controls.
