Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) seeks an Information Technology/Assurance Specialist I to support DoD SAP and AIS activities. You will manage configuration controls, system interfaces, security monitoring, and accreditation packages in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility, DoD 8570.01-M compliance, and the ability to travel within the AOR. Bachelor's degree or 4 years related experience are accepted.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent experience (Four (4) years).
• Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IA Technician Level 2 within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Establish complex operational software configuration controls and system interfaces.
• Maintain file servers, firewalls, network access, and monitoring systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system anomalies for optimal performance.
• Prepare system for operational use and support tests.
• Review AIS accreditation packages and updates.
• Notify customers of changes affecting AIS accreditation.
• Perform AIS self-inspections and security coordination.
• Identify AIS vulnerabilities and implement countermeasures.
• Ensure AIS and network nodes are properly operated and disposed.
• Perform VTC system administration, scheduling, and configuration.
• Perform hardware/software configuration, upgrades, and modifications.
• Provide Personal-Issue Laptop Support.
• Perform media control & accountability; COMSEC management.
