Responsibilities

1. Assist in the development and execution of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Support project tracking, reporting, and documentation to ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
3. Collaborate with global IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify dependencies, and manage project risks.
4. Facilitate project meetings, maintain action item logs, and support stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT project management processes and tools.

Education / Qualifications

1. 5+ years of relevant experience.
2. Familiarity with Microsoft collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint Online.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
5. A foundational understanding of IT systems and industry-standard project management practices is highly desirable.
6. Previous experience in a project coordination or support role is a plus.
