Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field required.
• Five years progressively responsible experience in related area; at least three years supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered, but not substitution for supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs enterprise infrastructure operations including servers, storage, virtualization, backups, and incident response to ensure reliable and secure services.
• Oversees budgets, contracts, vendors, and operational resources to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develops enterprise infrastructure strategies, roadmaps, and security/resilience plans; advises executive leadership on risks and investments.
• Ensures infrastructure plans align with county priorities and approved technology standards; maintains business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Stays informed of federal, state, and county policies; interfaces with CIO and agencies as a senior technical advisor.
