Job summary

EPC is hiring a Production Technician - Receiving in Bethlehem, PA. The role involves receiving, identifying, and sorting IT assets, documenting serials, models, and condition in EPC’s inventory system.

You will clean and prepare equipment for sale or transfer, and coordinate with teams to ensure accurate processing. The position features a starting wage of $16.48 per hour with no night or weekend shifts, and opportunities for veteran benefits after 90 days of employment.

• Ability to locate, identify, and record IT equipment information (serial/model).
• Ability to follow written directions and documented processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, and sort inbound IT asset shipments with accurate data entry.
• Document condition, serials, model details, and inventory data in EPC’s software.
• Clean and prepare IT equipment for sale or transfer using basic tools.
• Communicate with internal teams to clarify processing instructions.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals while maintaining quality.
• Handle packing, unpacking, sorting, palletizing, and movement of items.
