Job summary

EPC is seeking a Production Technician - Receiving in the United States to handle inbound IT assets, identify devices, document serials and models, and prepare equipment for sale or transfer. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, updating EPC’s Inventory Management Software, and meeting production goals while adhering to established procedures and quality standards.

• Ability to locate, identify, and record IT equipment information such as serial and model numbers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, and sort inbound IT asset shipments with accurate asset tracking.
• Document condition, serial numbers, model details, and inventory data in EPC’s system.
• Clean and prepare IT equipment for sale or transfer using standard tools.
• Communicate with internal teams to clarify processing instructions and resolve questions.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals while maintaining high quality.
• Perform general material handling such as packing, sorting, palletizing, and moving items.
