Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Property Administrator to support government property and assets on client sites in El Segundo, CA. You will oversee contract property activities and ensure compliance with regulations while coordinating across the contract property team.

The role requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, 2+ years of related experience, and strong MS 365/Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of related experience in property administration or logistics.
• Advanced MS 365 suite, Excel, SharePoint, and related tools; strong IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support clients’ logistics requirements through provisioning, spares, maintenance and repair activities.
• Receive, barcode, inventory and disposition assigned equipment.
• Update tracking/management database with asset information.
• Move equipment between facilities using pallet jack or pushcart.
• Maintain consumable stock levels and complete reorders as required.
• Conduct inventory analyses to develop strategies for delivery times.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Perform shipping/receiving, inter-plant transfers, barcode assignments and database maintenance.
• Attention to detail and ability to track multiple logistics tasks through policy.
• Site inspections and operational assessments requiring mobility throughout work areas.
• Must be able to access IT equipment around office furniture during annual inventory.
• Participate in special projects as required.

As a Property Administrator manages government property and assets in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations. Property Administrator is responsible for the oversite of contract property team, customer support, operations and administration to meet program and government requirements.

HOW A PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Supportstheclients’logisticsrequirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities.
• Receive, barcode, inventory and disposition assigned equipment
• Update tracking/management database with asset information
• Move equipment between facilities via pallet jack or pushcart
• Maintain consumable stock levels - complete equipment reorders as required
• Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory, and analyzes requirementsin order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Perform the full spectrum of duties associated with shipping/receiving, inter-plant transfers, barcode assignments and database maintenance
• Attention to detail and ability to track multiple logistics tasks through established and evolving policyare a must.
• Conduct regular siteinspectionand operationalassessmentrequiring mobility throughout work areas, including standing, walking, and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling to evaluate.
• Must be able to access IT equipment in and around office furniture, as part of annual inventory is required.
• Participates in special projects as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience
• Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: Advanced skills with Microsoft365, Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and other tools , understanding of computer systems, voice/video systems, and network infrastructure.
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Location: On Customer Site
• US Citizenship Required.

The likely salary range for this position is $63,750 - $86,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
