Job summary

Insight Enterprises in Belle Chasse, LA is hiring for IT Asset Management/IT Desktop Support. You will manage PC inventory in ServiceNow, validate ITAM data monthly, and track asset movements to ensure accurate stock levels for seasonal needs.

Responsibilities include assisting deployment and reimaging of PCs, wiping and provisioning returned systems, and providing desk-side support to users to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT asset management processes and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with PC deployment, imaging, and decommissioning workflows.
• Knowledge of inventory validation and stock control principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage PC inventory in ServiceNow and maintain asset records.
• Conduct monthly ITAM and stockroom data validation and update movements.
• Maintain stock levels based on run rate and seasonal needs; ensure deploy readiness.
