Job summary

General Dynamics - IT is seeking a Property Administrator to support government property management on client sites. The role involves overseeing asset tracking, inventory, and related logistics to comply with contract requirements and government regulations.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong skills with Microsoft 365, Excel, and SharePoint. A TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with government property management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint required.

Responsibilities

• Supports logistics analysis and administration of provisioning, spares, maintenance, and repair.
• Receive, barcode, inventory and disposition equipment.
• Update tracking database with asset information.
• Move equipment between facilities using pallet jack or pushcart.
• Maintain consumable stock levels and reorders.
• Conduct distribution studies and monitor inventory to plan delivery timelines.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Perform shipping/receiving, inter-plant transfers, barcode assignments, and DB maintenance.
• Participate in special projects as required.
