Job summary

Kennesaw State University is seeking an apprentice to support UITS communications and organizational change management. You will help develop awareness materials, update IT service communications, and assist with campus engagement across both locations.

  • Works with UITS staff to create and update digital and print materials that communicate IT services, initiatives, and upcoming technology changes
  • Provides administrative and project support for the UITS Communications and Organizational Change Management teams

Job Summary

Supports UITS communications and organizational change management efforts while developing practical, hands‑on skills in a professional IT environment. Contributes to campus engagement, service awareness, and the communication of technology changes, helping build understanding and adoption of IT services across the university. This position is an apprenticeship within Kennesaw State University Information Technology Services (UITS) and does not guarantee permanent employment with the University.

Proposed Salary

The budgeted hourly range is $12.50, $15.00 or $16.50 per hour. Offers are based on relevant experience.
