Supports UITS communications and organizational change management efforts while developing practical, hands‑on skills in a professional IT environment. Contributes to campus engagement, service awareness, and the communication of technology changes, helping build understanding and adoption of IT services across the university. This position is an apprenticeship within Kennesaw State University Information Technology Services (UITS) and does not guarantee permanent employment with the University.

The budgeted hourly range is $12.50, $15.00 or $16.50 per hour. Offers are based on relevant experience.
